Wang Xu
Wang Xu graduated from the Design Department of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 1979. He had been working in Hong Kong as a graphic designer from 1986 and until 1995 he came back to Guangzhou and founded his studio wx-design.
Wang is member of Alliance Graphique Internationale, and overseas member of Tokyo TDC. He is professor of Hunan University, design director of Guangdong Museum of Art, curator of OCT-LOFT Creative Festival 07, 08.
Wang Xu has received more than 100 international design awards.
He has also judged at international competitions such as the 80th and 84th ADC Annual Awards (New York), International Biennale of Graphic Design Brno, International Competition Poster, Graphic Arts Festival of Chaumont, Tokyo TDC Awards 2005 and the 9th Tehran International Poster Biennial 2007.
Wang has given lectures and speeches on many occasions. He has been featured in various publications, and his works has been exhibited in more than 20 overseas’ cities and collected in many museums outside the country.

1979畢業于廣州美術學院設計系。1986-1995年于香港任職平面設計師。1995年創建王序設計公司。
王序是國際平面設計聯盟、東京字體指導俱樂部海外會員；湖南大學教授、廣東美術館設計總監。OCT-LOFT 07、 08兩屆創意節策展人。
王序曾獲得了100多項國際設計獎項。
他應邀在多個國際設計賽事中擔任評委，包括第80、84屆紐約藝術指導俱樂部年獎、捷克布爾諾國際平面設計雙年展、法國肖蒙國際海報與平面藝術節、2005年東京字體指導俱樂部獎、2007年第九屆德黑蘭國際海報雙年展等。
王序多次應邀為國際設計會議及活動擔任演講嘉賓。他曾被多種國際專業書籍與刊物所介紹，其作品在海外20多個城市/地區展出，并被海外多家博物館所收藏。
